Filament drive gear for Raise3D E2.

This drive gear drives the filament through the hotend.
After a long period of operation, it can happen that this gear wheel is worn out and the filament is no longer fed correctly.

In this case, this Driven Gear Pulley should be replaced.
In the Raise3D E2, one pulley is used in the left and one in the right extruder.
