Remote maintenance

Some problems cannot simply be solved over the phone. We offer you the possibility of remote maintenance. All you then need is an existing Internet connection to your computer.
 

For your safety

A connection to your computer can be established with the remote maintenance tool (Teamviewer). Our support staff will then see your screen content and can help. Remote maintenance access is secured because you receive your own ID and, each time, a randomly generated password.

The connection itself is always encrypted and can only be activated by providing your ID and password. Your firewall or your operating system usually also asks whether you really want to run the tool. You can always answer the questions in the support case with yes.
