shore hardness of 95A

Flexible

PolyFlexâ„¢ TPU-95A has a Shore A hardness of 95A and a high elongation at break of over 400%. These are not just numbers on a page, but are tested values obtained from actual printed parts. This means PolyFlexâ„¢ gives you cool flexible parts without worrying about the part breaking. PolyFlexâ„¢ really is your best tool for creating fun flexible parts.

Compatibility with the printers

One of the main goals in developing PolyFlexâ„¢ TPU-95A was that it should be easy to use for everyone. It is known that flexible filaments are difficult to process. Well, not anymore. PolyFlexâ„¢ is designed to be compatible with almost all desktop FDM/FFF printers and requires no hardware modifications. Not only does it print smoothly, but it also adheres well to a variety of surfaces without the need for a heated build plate, so you don't have to think about anything other than what model you want to print.

No limits

The soft and flexible nature of PolyFlexâ„¢ TPU-95A opens a new dimension of what can be created with desktop 3D printers: clothing, shoes, wearables, prosthetics... - the possibilities are endless.

We highly recommend to use a direct drive printer to print PolyFlexâ„¢ TPU95. A direct drive printer is a printer with the extruder mounted on top of the hot end.
