Higher Print Quality
The da Vinci Jr. Pro X+'s heated build plate distributes heat evenly, keeping the extruded material warm. This prevents warping and enables high-quality 3D prints with materials such as ABS.
Innovative 9-point auto-calibration
Set up your 3D printer effortlessly. With just one click, a nine-point calibration automatically measures the distance between the nozzle and the printing plate. This information is used to adjust the height of the extruder during printing and enables 3D prints that are extremely accurate and of the highest quality.
Better adhesion and easier removal
Thanks to a robust polycarbonate sheet and a flexible, removable build platform, your models will stick better and print better too. After completion, you can easily remove the construction platform from the printer.
New dual cooling system
The extruder of the da Vinci Jr. Pro X+ is equipped with two cooling fans. This new cooling system prevents warping and sagging of the extruded material. Thanks to the better cooling, the 3D prints have a higher quality and a smooth surface.
Easy upgrades
The da Vinci Jr. Pro X+ features a quick-release extruder that you can easily swap out. This makes it easy to upgrade to our hardened steel nozzles* and the additional laser engraving module*.

Every creative mind's dream. A one-step upgrade lets you enjoy our hardened steel nozzle on the da Vinci Jr. Pro X+. These wear-resistant nozzles stand up to abrasive materials, allowing you to 3D print composites like carbon fiber and metallic PLA filaments.
NFC chip for optimized material profiles
Our 2nd generation chip that is attached to the filament roller ring and transmits data about the material to the 3D printer. This automatically creates the optimized profile of your material and tells you how much filament is left.
Unlimited possibilities with the open filament system
Your 3D printer's open filament system allows you to print with third-party materials. Regardless of your chip type, you can also choose from XYZprinting's full range of 3D printing filaments — just use the filament without its chip and choose the default profile for your material in XYZprint.
More creative freedom thanks to laser engraving
With a simple upgrade, you can turn the da Vinci Jr. Pro X+ into a laser engraver. Upload your image files to the free software tool (XYZengraver) and start creating unique engravings in vector or raster mode on a wide range of materials. Compatible engraving materials are paper, cardboard, leather, wood and plastic.*
* We recommend the following materials for laser engraving: paper, cardboard, leather, wood and plastics (PP, ABS and PE). Clear, reflective, or white materials are not recommended for engraving. For best results, we recommend materials with a dark finish. Please only engrave flat, even materials (not curved, bent, etc.).
